- Internal Organ Development
The important organs of the body develop which includes liver, kidneys, brain so that they may function at the time of growth of the baby’s growth. There are hollow tubes in the intestine and they tighten and move the baby to make it swallow.

- Take rich foods in your diet in your daily routine and also take vegetables like lentils and beans and soy products and nuts, meat and fish which are good healthy products and rich in proteins.
- Take ginger and salty crackers to get while coming out of bed to reduce vomiting and nausea.
- Drink water in a heavy quantity and take fruits with hydrated water content and to prevent from dehydration. Take melons in your diet as well.
